cancellation policy

I am a small business, and every appointment on my calendar is time reserved just for you. When you book a session, that space is no longer available to other clients. Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill those openings. I understand that life happens, and sometimes rescheduling is necessary—please be considerate and notify me as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations or Reschedules: Require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late Cancellation or Reschedules: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without notice, the full appointment fee will be charged.

  • Prepaid Appointments: If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, your prepaid appointment is eligible for either a refund (minus a $15 processing fee) or a full credit toward a future session. Prepaid appointments are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
