Intuitive consultation
An Intuitive Consultation is an interactive, one-on-one session where conversation and energy work happen simultaneously.

As we talk, I’m not only listening to your words — I’m also tuning into your body, energy system, higher self, and spirit guides, translating what surfaces into language you can understand and work with, and making subtle energetic adjustments where imbalance appears.

From there, we actively work with what arises. Insight is integrated through guided techniques, energetic clearing, and focused awareness practices, so what’s uncovered isn’t just discussed, but processed and recalibrated in real time.

This process is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Some people arrive knowing what they’d like to explore — a past-life pattern, inner-child integration, chakra imbalances, mediumship connection, or shadow work. Others arrive simply sensing that something feels off — confused, stuck, or unsure of the direction they need to take — but knowing they want support. If you have a direction, we follow it. If you don’t, we uncover it together.

Reiki healing
A Reiki Session is a focused, one-on-one experience centered on energetic restoration and deep nervous system regulation.
​This is a quieter session. There’s nothing you need to analyze or figure out. Your role is simply to receive.
​
Reiki works with the body’s natural life force energy — the current that animates and sustains you. While that energy is always present, stress, trauma, and daily demands can disrupt its flow. Reiki is a technique that supports the return of balance by gently guiding that energy back into alignment. ​When the body feels safe and supported, it shifts into a state of rest — and true healing happens in rest.​​

60-minute session
$125.00
Each session begins with a brief phone conversation to clarify your intention and any areas of focus. You’ll then lie down and relax while I work directly with your energy system, scanning for areas of stagnation, clearing what’s ready to release, and supporting your body’s innate intelligence. This extended format allows for deeper recalibration and integration. We close with a short follow-up call to share insights and reflect on what shifted during the session.

30-minute session
$75.00
This is a Reiki-only offering and does not include consultation, interpretation, or follow-up communication. It’s often chosen between full sessions, or when a little extra energetic support is needed. At your scheduled time, you’ll receive a text letting you know your session has begun. Reiki energy is then channeled on your behalf for thirty minutes, allowing your system to receive and integrate the energy as needed.
