There isn't a set agenda. We begin with where you are today and allow the session to unfold based on what will best support you. That may include intuitive guidance, inner child integration, shadow work, chakra work, energetic adjustments, guided imagery, or simply asking the right question at exactly the right time.
Some people know exactly what they want to explore. Others simply know something feels off but aren't sure where to begin. If you have a direction, we'll follow it. If you don't, we'll uncover it together.

A focused intuitive session that identifies which of your chakras are currently reactivating and what they may be highlighting in your life. Together, we'll explore the patterns, challenges, strengths, and opportunities associated with your current stage of development, helping you better understand what your system is asking you to learn and integrate.

The energy session
For established clients who have already completed a Feral Session.
These sessions are designed to support the work we've already begun together. Rather than spending our time exploring new concerns or diving deeply into life situations, the emphasis is on restoring communication within your energy system and providing energetic support as you continue putting what you've learned into practice.

We'll begin with a brief phone check-in, then you'll relax off the phone while I complete the energy work. Afterward, I'll call you back for a brief wrap-up and share any observations from the session
This session follows the same format as the 60-minute session but allows additional time before and after the energy work for a longer check-in, questions, and discussion about what came through during the session.
If you're looking to explore new concerns, receive in-depth intuitive guidance, or spend significant time working through a situation, the Feral Session is the better choice.
