You won’t find a menu of services to choose from here. Not because what I do can't be described—but because healing rarely fits neatly into categories. And when someone is already overwhelmed, being asked to “pick the right thing” can cause the nervous system to retreat before the work ever begins.

It needs space to roam, time to breathe, and patience to reveal what actually wants attention. True healing happens when your system leads—when we listen to what’s asking to be seen rather than trying to fix, force, judge, or eliminate the part that hurts. 

 

When you book a session with me, you’re not choosing a modality.

What’s offered is my time, my intuition, my ability to listen beneath the words, years of private practice, formal training, lived experience, and a deep trust in the intelligence of the healing process itself. You get all of me—without boxes, without separate techniques, and without different price points for different parts of you.

Sessions are time-based because your system decides what’s needed in that moment.

If you’re wondering what actually happens in a session, the short answer is: we follow your system, not a script.
Some people arrive with a specific issue. Others arrive feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unclear. We begin where you are, and the work unfolds from there.

That may look like energy work, intuitive guidance, mind–body–spirit integration, inner child or shadow work, guided visualization, spiritual mentoring, or something entirely unexpected. Often, it’s a blend that can’t be named—because no one else is built like you.
